- With receipt, within 90 days of purchase.
- No receipt, You have the option of a cash refund (for purchases under $25) a Gift Card for the amount of the purchase (for purchases over $25) or an even exchange for the product.

- With receipt (or beauty insider card) within 90 days of purchase
Ulta:
- With receipt only!
Target:
- If the makeup gives you a rash or irritates your skin you may return it with receipt.
MAC:
- With receipt, within 30 days of purchase.
- Without receipt, store credit will be given.
